Dale Parshall has been awarded Man of the Year title for two
consecutive years by NWSCC because of his countless hours as the
chief “Rat” timer and his role in his own current ski club,
Schnee
Vogeli.
Dale first joined a ski club over ten years ago as a Plaza club
member; then he joined the big Bergfreunde club; and now he is all
Schnee. In each club, Dale played an active role in organizing and
racing. Currently dale holds the position of treasurer for
Schnee Vogeli, and again holds the timing board member position for
PACRAT. Dale also is a pacesetter for Far West Racing Association,
so he attends each championship to put in his times to keep PACRAT
eligible for FWRA competition.
Beyond his official titles, Dale has a very selfless attitude
on the mountain and at meetings. Members can always look to Dale
for his cooperation and help at meetings, events, fundraisers, and
races. |
