CLUB FACTS
Meadows Race Team is a
ski racing organization, primarily involved in teaching children
and young adults how to race, though it also has a Masters
division for the more mature skier. The club is open to anyone
from age 6 up, and dues are $75 per year plus coaching fees
PROGRAMS
All of their programs are
conducted at the Mt. Hood Meadows ski area through the Program
Director, Nigel Loring. A variety of programs are offered from
December through April, including Mini Mite, Mighty Mite,
Junior, High School, and Masters. Members train throughout the
year and race primarily in PNSA (Pacific Northwest Ski
Association) sanctioned events, as well as other race series.
