Cascade ski club was established in 1928 to promote the development of Mt. Hood as the resort for winter sports. The club initially devoted itself to Nordic skiing and ski jumping events, but today Cascade sponsors all types of skiing and is open to all mountain enthusiasts. Cascade host an annual Open House, Crab feed, summer Picnic, and the prestigious Golden Rose Race. The present lodge, built in 1947, is the heart of the Cascade Ski Club. The lodge is located on Mt. Hood, in Government Camp, OR.

Cascade Ski Club makes Mount Hood affordable for everyone, especially families. Accommodations don't need to be expensive to be clean, comfortable, and near the slopes. Meals don't need to cost a lot to be delicious, filling, and of course, healthy.

At Cascade you'll be just in time for a hot shower and a hearty, healthy home styled dinner. 103 beds, dormitory-style in men's, women's or adult co-ed, welcome you at the evening's end. Walk, or pull right up to the lodge after enjoying some of the best night skiing anywhere. Awake refreshed to a hot breakfast and peaceful drive home -- or to another fun field day on the mountain.

Benefits of membership include no need for reservations, discounted bunk and meal rates, and parking in front. (We require reservations for non-members or large groups.) See price sheet and membership application for more details
