The Bend Ski Club, established in 1998, is a well-rounded adult club with recreational skiing and social activities. The club takes full advantage of Mt. Bachelor being in its backyard. The club is open to anyone 18 or older. Annual dues are $40 for singles or $60 for families. Members are kept advised of club activities by email bulletins, by an email newsletter, by announcements of ski get togethers on Meetup.com, and by Facebook postings. Meetings or social events are held monthly from November to April. Posted opportunities to ski together at Mt. Bachelor occurs throughout the ski season for dues paying members. In addition, there is a season finale social gathering. Member benefits include entertaining and informative meetings/social events, frequently scheduled group ski meetups, and access to Far West Ski Association group trips.
